Ginger Lobster with Sherry Sauce
A chicken lobster is a very small lobster. This spicy-sweet sauce gives this an Asian flair!
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
4 chicken lobsters, 1–1¹⁄4 pounds each
1 teaspoon Asian five-spice powder
1 clove garlic, minced
¹⁄4 cup sesame seed oil
¹⁄4 cup sherry
Juice of ¹⁄2 lemon
2 tablespoons minced gingerroot
1.Boil the lobsters for 20 minutes, then split them and crack the claws.
2.Preheat the broiler to 500°F.
3.Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a saucepan to make the sauce. Bring to a boil and spoon over the lobsters.
4.Broil for 3 minutes. Serve.
